VH Grill to Thrill & Giveaway

I recall seeing VH sauces in the grocery store for as long as I've been shopping.  I used to think of them  for just plum sauce, but they now have a whopping 26 international flavours available! Don't be fooled by the labels either, these sauces are not 'one hit wonders', you can create infinite meals with them, both in the kitchen and on the grill.  The only limit is your imagination.

I whipped up these grilled Garlic Hoisin Pork Chops and Pineapple Veggies in no time at all.  

The first thing I did was let the pork chops briefly marinate in some VH Garlic Hoisin sauce.

I made sure both sides were coated, then set them aside while I prepped the veggies.

'Prepped' is not really the proper word, the mushrooms were already sliced, I used baby-cut carrots and the onion was already cut in the fridge as well...  I piled them onto a double layer of foil, sprayed with PAM non-stick spray.  Then I drizzled the veggies with a couple of tablespoons of VH Pineapple sauce and freshly ground black pepper.

I sealed the veggies up tighly and went out to spray the grill with PAM and turn it on high to preheat. I put the veggies on right from the start.

I grilled the pork chops on low, keeping the veggies side on medium flame.  I basted them with some additional VH Garlic Hoisin sauce (not what it was marinated in, please do not use that!).

I served the Garlic Hoisin Pork Chops over the Pineapple Grilled Veggies with a side of steamed Basmati rice... it was all so simple and so delicious!  It's awesome to be able to throw together a quick grilled meal for family and friends that is also bursting with non-traditional bbq flavours.
