Oh, and did I mention the final cook off is live, and hosted by Canadian funny guy Colin Mochrie? (In my opinion Whose Line Is It Anyway had to have been one of the funniest all-time television shows...) Well, it is!

To enter, pick up some D'Italiano products (I'm partial to both the Original and Tuscan Herb Focaccia... sooo good!), get busy in the kitchen, then visit D'Italiano's Facebook page and submit your recipe, along with a short video or photos explaining the passion behind your culinary creation. I think it would be super-cool if one of my readers were to win this inaugural cook off, so please let me know if you enter (and if you win, well I want to try some!). Recipes will be judged on three things: ingredients/instructions, appetite appeal and originality.
You can also submit your D'Italiano UPCs on the Facebook page for a daily chance to win a $100 PC Gift Card if your creative juices just aren't coming up with anything.
If that wasn't enough, D'Italiano was kind enough to provide me with a prize pack to give away to one of my lucky readers.
